Mark Irvin monitors livestream feed to the internet during one of the revival services.
April 7 - 10 were some busy days, and nights, here at Living Water Ranch!
Mark Irvin was here for Revival Services on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, bringing a message on "Thanksgiving". The emphasis on the fact that we need to be in an attitude of gratitude every minute of every day. Thanksgiving helps us to not forget what God has done in our lives and keeps us focused on the good. Having an attitude of thanksgiving is so important to our daily walk with the Lord, yet so many times we tend to grumble and take for granted al the blessings God has given us. Mark reminded us that we serve a BIG God and He is in us as believers. He is always the answer to any problem that we may face.
Traveling with Mark was Martin Piontkowski. Martin served as Mark's translator for some of the livestream messages that aired during the weekend. Martin has never been to America before as was so excited to learn more about Americans. It was an opportunity to break him in right with ATV trail rides, clay target shooting and so much more. We were glad his first stop was to the midwest where he good learn about the heartland of America.
One of the services, Martin brought a message that likened the burning of the pastures to what God does in our hearts. The prairie fire burns up the dead grass and brush and destroys the unwanted things that try to invade the much needed grass. Our enemy is the invader, God's Word is the fire. The blackened land that is left behind soon gives way to the lush green of new grass, enriched because of the beneficial ordeal it has been through.
Saturday night brought a time for prayer for healing and many of those in attendance were healed. Shoulders, ears, backs, migraine headaches were just some of the healings that took place. What a blessed reminder that God cares for every detail and concern we each have!
