Living Water Ranch

LODGE OF THE LIVING STONE
The Lodge of the Living Stone or “The Lodge” is the main building at Living Water Ranch. It houses our administrative office and guest welcome center, our kitchen and dining facility and meeting rooms.
The top level has a large dining/meeting room, kitchen, office and restrooms. The kitchen is not open for public use. Food service is available for guests by Living Water Ranch staff. There is always coffee available in the dining room and a soft drink machine is located in the lobby area.

The lower level of the building has a meeting room with stage area, tables and chairs. The meeting room is shared by a small game room which has a foose ball table, ping-pong table and pool table (Pool is .50 per game). This meeting area opens onto a patio near the Dove shaped swimming pool. Men’s and women’s restrooms are also located on this level.

An additional small breakout meeting room The Eagle’s Nest, is located on the lower level. LWR may also offer snack bar type concessions for purchase at various times during your stay.
There are no sleeping facilities in The Lodge. It is heated and air conditioned and available for day meetings at an additional fee. The $150.00/day fee applies only for those using the building and not staying overnight. Prices and availability subject to change.

BETHESADA This is our prayer chapel at Living Water Ranch. It is located on the hill just below the Love/Joy building. It is secluded and private for quite time, prayer, refreshing or study. There are comfortable chairs, microwave, coffee pot and table and chairs for your convenience, and a private restroom. We do ask that you respect Bethesada as a place of worship. There is no charge for the use of this building, however we do ask users to consider giving a donation to assist with it’s upkeep.

Dwellings Available Without Kitchens
The following units have furnished linens, air conditioning and heat. Each unit is similar to a motel unit or suite.
LOVE: This unit is one of two cozy suites we have available. There is a bedroom, living room area and private bath. The bedroom has two twin size beds while the queen size hide-a-bed in the living room folds out to provide sleeping for two. Microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot in living room. Sleeps 1-4. Rate: $50/couple, $30/single, $6/children (3-18 yrs). Private entrance opens to a deck with a view of the western sky for watching our amazing Kansas sunsets. JOY: The second of our suites has the same amenities as it’s sister unit, Love. The bedroom, however, has a queen size bed and queen size hide-a-bed in the living room folds out to make additional sleeping for two. Private bath. Microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot in living room. Sleeps 1-4. Rate: $50/couple, $30/single, $6/children (3-18 yrs). Private entrance opens to a deck with a beautiful view of Tuttle Creek Reservoir. Prices and availability subject to change.
PEACE: This living room/bedroom unit has a queen size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot. Sleeps 1-2. Rate: $48/Couple, $25/Single, $6/children (3-18 yrs). There is a wonderful view of the surrounding Flinthills from this room and the porch area in front. Prices and availability subject to change.
PATIENCE: Another of our living room/bedroom units which has a queen size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot. Sleeps 1-2. Rate: $48/Couple, $25/Single, $6/children (3-18 yrs). The view glimpses the lake from the room and porch area in front. Prices and availability subject to change.

This is a four-plex that houses individual guest facilities. They are 'Love, Joy, Peace, and Patience'. This view shows 'Peace and Patience' and the deck of 'Love and Joy'.

The following units are located in our dormitory building , The Shepherd’s Fold, but are units available to guests. Priority in availability is given to groups using The Shepherd’s Fold.
GOODNESS: This unit has a queen bed and sitting area and private bath with shower. There is a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot. While in Goodness you will be greeted by the sun each morning and have a window view of the hills season-changing beauty. Sleeps 1-2. Rates: $48/Couple, $25/Single, $6/Children (3-18 yrs). KINDNESS: One large but cozy room with a full size bed and sitting area with recliner. There is a microwave and coffee pot for guest convenience . This unit has a private ½ bath. Shower is available in the dormitory across the hall. South facing windows look out on a meadow and hills LWR is known for. Sleeps 1-2. Rates: $46/Couple, $25/Single, $6/Children (3-18 yrs). Goodness and Kindness are side by side units that can be used together if desired.
FAITHFULNESS: Another cozy unit with a full size bed and small sitting area. Private full bath with shower. Microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot. This room has a south view of the hills and grounds of LWR. Sleeps 1-2. Rates: $48/Couple, $25/Single, $6/Children (3-18 yrs). Prices and availability subject to change.
UPPER ROOM: The third of our trio of suites available, the Upper Room has a queen bedroom with sitting area and a small living room area as well. Overall this unit is spacious with a shower only private bath, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot. While accessible inside the front entrance to the building, there is an outside entrance as well for your privacy. The view from the Upper Room is perhaps the best “bird’s eye view” of LWR. This is a wonderful room if you are looking for comfort during a short or extended stay. Sleeps 1-2. Rates: $50/Couple, $30/Single, $6/Children (3-18 yrs). Prices and availability subject to change.

Dwellings Available With Kitchens
HIS CABIN – FAMILY UNIT: His Cabin is just one of our units which is well-suited to larger families or small groups. The four individual living room/bedroom combinations each have a private bath with shower only.
Two of the units, Oaks and Cedars, have a queen size bed and as well as two twin size hide-a-beds, and private outside entrance. Each room has a sitting area and small coffee pot
The other two units, Olive and Sycamore, have a queen size bed and two bunk beds which are entered from the center room/ meeting area. Each room has a sitting area and small coffee pot.

Inside one of the inidividual guest facilities. This one is called 'Cedars of Lebanon' and it is in the building called 'His Cabin'.

All rooms have access to the center room which has a wood burning fireplace which is often a focal point for having discussion or private time any time of the year. The center room also has a full kitchen for those who wish to prepare their own meals. The large deck in front will provide you with memorable views of the lake, surrounding hills and lots of photo ops for our colorful Kansas sunsets!

PRAISE HOUSE: This two story building provides lots of seclusion and privacy. Surrounded by trees, The Praise House is one of our most requested units. Families and very small groups enjoy the feeling of “getting away from it all” while staying here. The upper level has a queen size bed and a hide-a-bed in the living room/bedroom area. A private bath with tub/shower combination and the kitchen are also located on the upper level. Sleeps 1-4. Rates: $50/couple, $30/single, $6/children (3-18 yrs). There is a $15 kitchen fee if you are preparing your own meals. Prices and availability subject to change.
The lower level has two rooms with separate entrances. The upper level of the Praise House can be accessed by a spiral stairway, however the stairway can be locked for the privacy of both upper and lower guests if necessary. The outside entrance to the lower level has a microwave and small refrigerator for use by both rooms.

BLESSING HOUSE: This mobile home unit has two bedrooms, living room and full kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and full bath with tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a full size bed and ½ bath. From the front deck/porch you will have perhaps the best vantage point from all of LWR to see the lake, the hills and superb sunsets! Sleeps 1-4. FACILITIES WITHOUT LINENS
THE SHEPHERD’S FOLD
The Shepherd’s Fold is a dormitory style building with two dorm rooms each sleeping 25 people. Each of the dorm rooms, Peaceful Streams and Quiet Meadows have bunk beds with mats and bathrooms with showers. No linens are furnished for the dorm rooms. Sleeps 50. Adjacent to the dorm rooms is a meeting room, Green Pastures. The focal point of Green Pastures are the two hand-painted murals on the walls of this large room. One painting depicts the sunshine from among clouds over Living Water Ranch, the other a Shepherd’s Fold from ancient times. This room also features a wood burning fireplace and full kitchen and men’s and women’s restrooms. Tables and chairs are available for your meetings. Meals can be prepared on your own as well. There is a $25 kitchen fee if preparing your own meals. Prices and availability subject to change.

This is 'Green Pastures'. It is a large meeting room in the 'Shepherd's Fold' building, with a full kitchen, recreation and a large fireplace.

On the opposite end of the building, just inside the entrance are some private units available for your group’s guest speaker or other group members requiring more comfortable accommodations.
