What's New at LWR

Projects at Living Water Ranch

New Deck - Lodge of the Living Stone
The footings for the new deck have been poured and are ready for the support structure to be put in place! The deck will extend from the Lodge of the Living Stone upper level on the west side promising some amazing views of Tuttle Creek Lake, the pool below and spectacular sunsets!!
The deck will be accessible from the door by the library area in the Lodge. You will walk out on about a 25 foot rounded deck. Below the new deck will be an area providing shade for those watching the fun in the pool with equally wonderful views of Living Water Ranch, the lake and sunsets! We are excited about this new addition and will look forward to the time we can begin it.
Donations are currently being accepted for the completion of the Deck. Please see our web pages “How You Can Help” or “Contact Us” for more information where your donation can be sent.

Living Water Outreach Center - New Building
Early in 2009, plans were discussed for the construction of a Multi-Purpose Building which can be used by both Living Water Ranch and Rapid Fire Outdoor Adventures. This building will fill numerous needs we find ourselves faced with. Our facilities are often stretched to maximum capacity which makes a building that can be used in a variety of ways essential as Living Water Ranch and Rapid Fire Outdoor Adventures expands.
The plans for the new building include: 6000 sq ft of space divided into areas for recreation including a meeting area that will seat up to 200 people, guest housing, a storm shelter and office space for RFOA. We hope to begin construction in the fall of 2009.
Living Water Ranch and Rapid Fire Outdoor Adventures are non-profit organizations, meaning your donation towards the construction of this new building can be a tax advantage to you. The cost to make this facility a reality is approximately $42.00 per square foot. To raise the funds necessary for the new building we are requesting donations of any size. This is a great opportunity for you to help with the expansion of Living Water Ranch.
Please see our web pages “How You Can Help” or “Contact Us” for more information where your donation can be sent.
Thank you in advance for your support of this project!

The 9-hole course has been designed by an experience disc golfer and promises to provide some challenges and lots of fun. If you have played the game before and have your own discs you are welcome to bring them along, however, if you’ve not played the game and want to learn we have discs for your use. There is a returnable deposit required for use of LWR/RFOA discs. You may call ahead and reserve the course if you’d like or if you are coming with a group the course is available on a first come, first serve basis. Come and enjoy!

LWR Geocaching
We now have a variety of geo-caching hunts available! Some hunts will take 30-40 minutes and some will take a bit longer. The hunts have been created with a variety of fitness levels in mind that nearly every person can participate in. We provide the GPS units for the hunt, however if you have your own unit you would like to use, you are welcome to do so. Hunt coordinates are available at the Lodge of Living Stone. Be sure to check this activity out on your next visit!

RFOA
Is going strong! With the completion of the new trails, 4-wheeler rides of up to two hours are offered taking the riders through some of the valleys and over the hills of Living Water Ranch. The two hour ride provides some spectacular views of LWR that most people don’t ever get to see. Call to schedule your ride today!
The Clay Target Range has been quite active. Men, women, boys, and girls have all shot! Some had never even held a shotgun before! It's so exciting to watch and see them hit their targets for the first time! Our steel deer and squirrel targets have sure been a hit at our Air Rifle Range and now we have added to the range, Hand Guns. The feathers have been flying at the Archery Range! Young and old have used our compound bows and have enjoyed the Range.
The new road for accessing the RFOA campus has been built and is ready for the next phase of development! We are taking steps forward at every turn! We’d love to share the progress with you so come out and see what’s happening!

LWR
Our desire is to continue ministering to the needs of those who come by Living Water Ranch, to use our facilities for Word times, fellowship time, and whatever way the Lord asks us to. We are a full service camp and conference center. You can bring your own speakers or we have some on staff. We will make your experience here one you will remember!!

This is the spring-fed Water Slide. It's open year round (if you're brave enough) with a steady temperature of 56 degrees!

We remodeled 'His Cabin' and this is Donna and Jacqueline working in one of the rooms.
